These book contains works from grades I-IV or V and I would highly recommend purchasing them through Guitar Solo:

ML122 GARCIA DE LEON, ERNESTO
Collected Works, Volume 2 - 20 Studies, Op. 50 (LORIMER)
$16.95
Guitar Sheet Music : Solo Classical Guitar

They range from simple to more complex, working on a number of technical issues while delivering some very enchanting music. Can be performed in concert!

Cool, Scott. I'll add it to my growing collection of music. So much music, so little time! Smile

"Snowflight" by Andrew York is a great pim or pma workout. It's very easy to sightread through, and is quite a beautiful piece. It's also great for working on dynamicas.

It is in the book: Pumping Nylon, Supplemental Repertoire for Easy to Early Intermediate by Scott Tennant

The book came with a CD, and I have had it for over a year; not liking any of the pieces I heard on the CD. When I played Snowflight myself, I fell in love with it. Then I listened to the CD and hated it. It's played really fast and just belted out on the CD and the beauty of the piece just gets missed.

Hi Donna! I have to agree with not liking Scott tennants rendition of snowflight: I got a copy of Andrew York playing it, and it is soooo much better. Its on my list..... Look forward to hearing you play it (youtube?).
